- Business Cards. Summit Vista will provide (at no cost to Agent) custom designed, premium quality full color business cards.
- Monthly Farm Mailer. Summit Vista prints & direct mails a full color brochure to thousands of homes per month. Your photo, contact information & listings would be featured in this brochure.
- Print Advertising. Summit Vista advertises in several high quality real estate publications. Your photo, contact information & listings would be featured in our print advertising.
- Online Advertising. Summit Vista has designed and manages over 80 local websites. Your photo, contact information & listings would be featured on all of these websites.
- CMA Presentation Book. Summit Vista has spent 25 years designing & perfecting a powerful Listing Presentation book for your use.
- Property Brochures. Summit Vista will custom design & print full color property brochures to place in each of your listings.
- Buyer / Seller Leads. Agents name & cell phone number will be featured in most advertising. Most of the leads will come directly to the Agent. General prospects from lead generation sources will be divided up between the Agents in the Group.

- Prompt Follow-Up. We spend A LOT OF MONEY to promote our listed properties and generate leads. We expect you to immediately follow up on any leads that come to you. (A smart phone with email is a requirement.)
